Do You Need a Dedicated Attorney?

The Attorney Behind Legally Naiya Law

Naiya Chung, Esq. brings a perspective shaped by sports, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and creativity to a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

Naiya's perspective was shaped long before she became an attorney. She grew up around the entertainment industry and was raised by small business owners and athletes. Having played basketball from third grade through high school, with parents who were also athletes, she understands firsthand the discipline, commitment, and opportunities that come with sports. Growing up with parents who owned small businesses also gave her an early appreciation for the foundations of business: building relationships, negotiating thoughtfully, honoring agreements, protecting your reputation, and creating something that can last.

Her connection to entertainment and creativity is equally personal. Naiya began creating content on YouTube at 18 and has continued building her own platform through YouTube and TikTok. Many of the people in her personal and professional circles are creatives, giving her firsthand insight into what it means to turn an idea, talent, or passion into something people can experience, connect with, and build a career around. She understands the creativity behind the work, the personal brand behind the business, and the opportunities that can come from putting your work into the world.

As a Gen Z attorney, content creator, and entrepreneur, Naiya sits at the intersection of worlds that are increasingly connected. She respects the business principles that have always mattered while embracing the creativity, technology, and new ideas changing how people build careers and businesses today. To her, being creative and being business-minded are not opposing ideas. The strongest ventures often require both.

An athlete can become a brand. A creator can become a business owner. An entertainer can turn a name, talent, or body of work into a lasting career. An idea can become intellectual property. A personal passion can become a company.

A Modern Approach to the Law

Legally Naiya Law was created for this intersection.

Naiya believes good legal counsel should understand both what a client is building and why it matters to them. That means respecting the fundamentals of good business while also understanding the creative industries, digital platforms, and evolving opportunities shaping the way people build today.

Her approach is grounded, forward-thinking, and creative. Whether negotiating an agreement, protecting intellectual property, structuring a business relationship, or helping a client navigate a new opportunity, Naiya brings an understanding of both the business behind the work and the creativity that makes the work valuable.

Legally Naiya Law was built for people who are building something of their own.

Whether you're building a company, a career, a brand, or a creative legacy, the law should be part of protecting what you're building.

Because when your name, talent, ideas, creativity, and business are part of what you've built, protecting them is part of building too.
