General Counsel services are intended to provide ongoing legal counsel and strategic guidance. Specific legal services, including contract drafting or revisions, trademark or copyright filings, litigation, negotiations, or other substantive legal work, may fall outside the scope of a General Counsel engagement and may be separately engaged and billed.

Retainer pricing is based on the anticipated needs of the business, scope of counsel, complexity, and level of ongoing support required. Services and attorney availability are subject to the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. General Counsel retainers are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.
